    Danielle Adams is the department's Academic Program Coordinator and oversees all things academic such as curriculum development, Banner systems, course management, website maintenance, and oversight of the Honors Programs. Before joining the English department, Danielle worked in Scheduling in the Registrar's Office. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Library and Information Sciences at the University of Rhode Island.

    Academic Department Manager

    As Department Manager, Aryn manages department operations such as financial planning and faculty affairs and supervises the administrative staff. Before joining the Department of English, she was the Academic Programs Coordinator for the Cogut Institute of the Humanities and has worked in student life and financial planning at Pacific Lutheran University and New York University. She studied Comparative Literature and French at New York University and is pursuing a master's in education at Providence College.

    Student Affairs Coordinator

    As Student Affairs Coordinator, Sarah coordinates administrative and programmatic details for the graduate program, and provides support for the undergraduate program. Prior to her role in the English Department, she has worked in hospitality and nonprofits in many capacities - beverage director, restaurant manager, cheesemonger, and writing instructor among them. She holds an MFA in fiction from Brown’s Program in Literary Arts.

    Administrative Coordinator

    As the department’s Administrative Coordinator, Ellen Viola organizes and publicizes departmental lectures, colloquia, and events; processes Workday transactions including faculty and graduate student research and travel reimbursements; and serves as the liaison with Facilities Management.
